Some things don't make sense or frustrate me: John not opening his chest earlier, some of the computer/"hacking" scenes, Seven seemed to fight almost as well as the others despite this "training" she didn't have, Henri and other Cepans or whatever not telling the Lorien kids more, a total lack of gun training, etc.
